The fixture list for the 2024-25 season will be drawn up tomorrow, but the Lega Serie A also unveiled the new logo and name of the Italian top flight division.
After two decades, it will no longer be called the Serie A TIM, but becomes the Serie A Enilive as part of a new sponsorship deal until June 2027.
Enilive is an offshoot of energy giant Eni and specialises in renewable energy solutions.
Serie A 2024-25 season begins
The new logo will be officially presented on Thursday July 4, during the ceremony to draw up the fixture list for the new top flight season.
The tournament will run from August 17 2024 to May 25 2025, with only one midweek round in Week 10.
There will be breaks for international duty on the weekends of September 8, October 13, November 17 and March 23.
During the Christmas period, there will be games on the weekends of December 22, December 29 and January 5.
Yet again, the fixture list will not simply be a ‘mirror’ in the second half, but drawn up in a completely different order.
