Parma are set for another points penalty after President Giampietro Manenti was deferred to the Disciplinary Commission.
The Ducali were declared bankrupt last Thursday and placed under administration, but the sporting justice system is still tracking their many financial irregularities committed this season.
Nobody at the club has been paid since between July and November 2014, so neither have the pension contributions and taxes on those wages.

Today President Manenti – who is currently under arrest for alleged money laundering – and ex-director general Leonardi were deferred to the Disciplinary Commission for irregularities up to December 2014.
This means another points penalty is imminent, having already been docked three points this season.
Parma are bottom of the Serie A table with just nine points, but two games in hand.
While their relegation is inevitable, the race against time now is to find new buyers prepared to cover their €200m debt and register in time for the next Serie B season.
