According to the Corriere dello Sport, the Croatia international is ready to commit the rest of his career to the Bianconeri.
He is a fan favourite for his work-rate and attitude, while this season he has already contributed nine goals and four assists in 21 competitive appearances.
The 32-year-old’s current contract is due to expire in June 2020.
