There are yet more injury problems for Inter, as after Mehdi Taremi, now Marko Arnautovic and Piotr Zielinski also suffered muscular issues.
The Nerazzurri are under two weeks away from the start of the Serie A season, but coach Simone Inzaghi has a decimated squad.
Summer signing Taremi was already ruled out for two to three weeks with a thigh strain after impressing in pre-season friendly matches.
Now he has been joined on the treatment table by teammates Arnautovic and Zielinski.
Inter confirm Zielinski and Arnautovic injuries
Both players were involved in the friendly draw against Pisa on Saturday and were forced to limp off the field.
Tests at the medical centre showed Austria international Arnautovic has slightly pulled his left thigh and his fitness levels will be assessed on a day by day basis.
As for Polish midfielder Zielinski, he strained his left thigh and is out at least until next week, so it is a more serious setback.
