Inter are ready to offer Antonio Candreva a new contract to June 2021, just weeks after reports he was on the market.

The 31-year-old winger had a disappointing campaign, as while he provided eight assists in 36 Serie A appearances, he was unable to score a single goal.

Often jeered by the home fans, there were rumours that Candreva would be sold this summer.

However, Sky Sport Italia claim the Nerazzurri are prepared to agree a contract extension to 2021.

It would be adding a year to his current deal, but remain at the same salary.
