Inter will be without Joaquin Correa for Sunday’s Derby della Madonnina showdown against Milan, but Marcelo Brozovic returns.

It kicks off at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Sunday at 19.45 GMT.

Correa was expected to have a spot on the bench and to come on in the second half as a substitute, but he is not going to be in the squad at all for this derby.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Argentina international has sustained a muscular problem in the flexor of his right thigh.

It is not believed to be particularly serious, but enough to rule him out of this weekend’s match.

The positive news for coach Simone Inzaghi is the return of Brozovic, who has been out ever since picking up an injury during Croatia’s run to third place at the World Cup in Qatar.

There are reports that Romelu Lukaku could push his way past Edin Dzeko to take a place in the starting XI alongside Lautaro Martinez.
