Torino are reportedly prepared to renew Nicolas Nkoulou’s contract if he doesn’t leave this summer.
Calciomercato.com claims the defender, who has been linked with a move away from the Granata, could end up staying beyond the current transfer market.
But the outlet reports Toro could tie him down to a new contract in Turin, to not lose the centre-back on a free transfer next summer.
The 30-year-old, who arrived from Olympique Lyonnais in August 2017, was expected to leave Piedmont, as his current contract with Torino expires in 2021.

But President Urbano Cairo, who wanted to cash in on the Cameroon international, has not received any offers for Nkoulou and could decide to renew his contract to avoid losing the defender on a free agent next year.
Nkoulou has been ever-present under new coach Marco Giampaolo so far and has collected 117 competitive appearances since he moved to Torino.
