The first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 is at the Wanda Metropolitano on Wednesday evening.

Tuttosport and TuttoJuve are now backing the rumours that Max Allegri will shift full-back Cancelo to the right side of the trident attack.

He would flank Mario Mandzukic and Cristiano Ronaldo, sending Dybala and Federico Bernardeschi to the bench.

Having Cancelo in that more advanced role would allow him to focus more on attacking, but be able to help out with defending when needed.

It is not an entirely new position for the Portugal international, as he played there four times for Valencia in 2016-17.

Paolo De Sciglio would instead join the defence with Alex Sandro at left-back.

Juventus: Szczesny; De Sciglio, Bonucci, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Khedira, Pjanic, Matuidi; Cancelo, Mandzukic, Ronaldo
