Milan have confirmed that the injury Alessandro Nesta picked up against Barcelona in midweek will keep him out of action for a month.
Nesta was forced off in the second half of the Rossoneri’s 3-2 Champions League defeat to Barcelona on Wednesday and after undergoing tests as Milanello, faces up to four weeks on the sidelines.

His club released a statement on Friday afternoon reporting that the 35-year-old has injured his right thigh muscle.
