Napoli full-back Elseid Hysaj has reportedly tested negative for COVID-19 and could return to Italy from today.

The Albanian right-back has been out since he tested positive for coronavirus during the last international break.

He has served his quarantine period in his homeland, but Corriere del Mezziogiorno reports the latest test has come back negative and the defender would be allowed to travel back to Naples from today.
