It kicks off in Enschede at 14.00 UK time (13.00 GMT).
As it is for third place, the game will go straight to a penalty shoot-out if the tie is level after 90 minutes.
This evening, Croatia and Spain go head-to-head for the trophy.
The Azzurri were beaten 2-1 by a late Spanish strike, while Croatia defeated Holland 4-2 in extra time after a 2-2 draw.
Italy reached the Final Four of the Nations League in two of the three editions held so far, finishing third in 2021.
