League A has been expanded this year from 12 to 16 countries, divided into four groups of four teams.

This will represent the first competitive match between the Netherlands and Italy since a 3-0 defeat during Euro 2008.

Italy already faced Poland in the Nations League last season, drawing 1-1 at home in September 2018 and winning 1-0 away in October.

The Azzurri had Bosnia and Herzegovina in their Euro 2020 qualifying group, earning a 2-1 home win and 3-0 away, both in 2019.

The fixtures will be played from September 3-November 17 2020, with the group winners taking part in the Final Four in June 2021.

Among the other groups, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Ukraine will face off in a fascinating Group 4, while Portugal, France, Sweden and Croatia make for a tough Group 3.
