Sassuolo have officially signed free agent Cesare Natali until summer 2015.
The 35-year-old played for Bologna until the end of last season, when he did not renew his contract for the Serie B club.
The Neroverdi announced their new signing with a statement on their website.
“Sassuolo FC communicate that they have completed the following market operation,” reads the statement.
“Natali Cesare ('79, defender) was signed until June 30, 2015.
