Napoli are finalising the details of their agreement to sign USMNT midfielder Yunus Musah from Milan, but Philip Billing will be returned to Bournemouth.
The Partenopei are working on strengthening their squad after winning the Serie A title, as they will be participating in the Champions League next season.
It had already been reported last night that they were very close to a deal for Milan midfielder Musah.
Napoli have deal in place for Musah

This evening, multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and more all confirm that the clubs are discussing the final details of the move.
It should eventually be worth circa €25m including various add-ons.
That is a small improvement on the €21.2m that Milan paid to sign him from Valencia two years ago.
Despite only being 22, Musah already has 47 senior caps for the USA under his belt.

He is seen as the replacement for Billing, who will be sent back to Bournemouth without making the loan move a permanent one.
Billing had arrived at Napoli on loan in January with an option to buy for €10m.
He made 10 Serie A appearances, scoring one goal to draw 1-1 with Inter, which ultimately proved decisive in the Scudetto race.

Playing for Conte is a great fit for him. Had a poor season at Milan after showing promise. Good move for everyone. The possibility that he moves for a bigger fee than Theo or Maignan is wild, but this is why you don’t let key players reach that final year.
I feel sorry that Philip’s time at Napoli has come to an end as i admired him as a player andd he did contribute to Napoli’s success. Hopefully the new player’s can blend into the team and overall have more success next season.
