Both Napoli and Milan are interested in Hellas Verona’s Mattia Zaccagni with the Rossoneri who have reportedly placed an opening €12m bid.
The 26-year-old midfielder has four goals and four assists in 15 Serie A appearances so far this season and several reports in Italy claim both Napoli and Milan are in talks with Verona to secure his services.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Zaccagni won’t extend his contract expiring in June 2022 and Verona are willing to sell him in the January transfer window, provided he remains at the Bentegodi on loan until the end of the season.
The Rossoneri are also intereted in Matteo Lovato. The 20-year-old centre-back is contracted with Verona until June 2024.
As per Il Corriere dello Sport, Milan have already offered €12m and are open to leaving Zaccagni on loan at Verona until the end of the current campaign. Napoli are also in talks to sign him.
