The ticket sale for Napoli v Juventus has been resumed, but only for fans who have a voucher or a fidelity card.
The sale was suspended on Thursday by the Observatory of Sporting Events. The game was considered ‘at risk’, so the ticket sale was suspended, but only for less than 24 hours.
This morning, Napoli released a new statement to reveal that the ticket sale has been resumed, but not every fan will be allowed to get a place at the Stadio Maradona.
In fact, only those who possess a voucher or a fidelity card will be allowed to buy a ticket for the game.
The Partenopei have informed their fans that only those with vouchers can purchase their tickets from 2.00 pm (1.00 pm in the UK) today until Sunday, September 5. The supporters who possess a fidelity card can buy their entrances from Monday, September 6 ‘until a final assessment from the Observatory of Sporting Events.’
“Despite not having any responsibility for what is happening, Napoli apologise for the inconvenience with our fans and with all fans who intend to attend the game at the Stadium,” Napoli’s official statement read.
The Partenopei meet Juventus at the Stadio Maradona after the international break. It kicks off at 17.00 UK time on Saturday, September 11.
