The Lega Serie A are urging Napoli to end their boycott of Mediaset Premium, as it’d contravene the TV rights.
This week the club announced it would not be allowing any of its players or staff members to speak to Mediaset Premium.
It was in protest at a story they aired claiming Gonzalo Higuain had already told Napoli there would be no contract renewal.

The problem is that Mediaset Premium bought the TV rights package to Serie A games that includes pre-match and half-time interviews, plus the priority when it comes to post-game comments.
Lega Serie A are therefore said to be urging Napoli to sort this feud out behind the scenes so they don’t jeopardise the €934m deal.
