The offer on the table is believed to be worth €25m, plus either Amin Younes or Adam Ounas on loan.
It’s believed the player agreed personal terms with Napoli, but PSV Eindhoven are asking for at least €35m.

“Do not expect any movements in January. He’ll stay at PSV until the end of the season, as the club does not want to sell him now,” agent Raiola told the Dutch Press.
The 23-year-old right-sided winger would represent the heir to Jose Callejon and has also been heavily linked with Milan.
