After interest from Milan this summer, Napoli are reportedly ready to offer Jose Callejon a renewal.

The Spanish winger has 74 goals and 66 assists across his five seasons with the Partenopei, and is under contract until 2020.

There is a €23m release clause in that deal which is valid for Italian clubs, and Milan looked to take advantage of that this summer.

While that deal never happened, Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Callejon will be offered a renewal to ward off future interest.

President Aurelio De Laurentiis considers him unsellable, so if there is a release clause in the proposed new deal it would likely be raised and made valid only for foreign clubs.
