Udinese could sell two goalkeepers to Napoli this summer, handing over Alex Meret and Orestis Karnezis for a total €30m.
With Pepe Reina already signing for Milan and Luigi Sepe eager for more playing time, new Coach Carlo Ancelotti has to completely revamp the goalkeeping section.
The target for the first-choice gloves seems to have been narrowed down to 21-year-old Meret or Paris Saint-Germain’s 25-year-old talent Alphonse Areola.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Napoli can solve two problems in one fell swoop by negotiating a double deal with Udinese.
They would bring in not only Meret, but also Greek international Karnezis, who spent this season on loan at Watford.
The pair know each other well from their time at Udine, Karnezis would be a reliable pair of hands as back-up and a mentor for Meret in training.
Although he is considered a huge talent linked also to Roma and Fiorentina, the fact remains Meret has only 13 Serie A games under his belt while on loan at SPAL.
Guarding the goal of a Scudetto challenger like Napoli, or playing in the Champions League, would be a lot for young shoulders to burden.
Karnezis turns 33 next month and is under contract with Udinese until June 2019, so would be available at a very low fee.
Napoli hope to put the pair into a package deal for a total of €30m, as Meret alone would cost over €25m.
