Napoli forward Hirving Lozano has been released from hospital after a nasty head injury while playing for Mexico.
He was stretchered off during the Gold Cup game against Trinidad and Tobago after a horrible collision with the opposition goalkeeper’s knee.
It left him with a huge gash over his eye and there were fears of concussion.
According to TUDN, although he has been diagnosed with a cervical sprain, it is not considered to be severe, and he is wearing a collar for safety.
He also did not require surgery, but did have the cut sutured close to the left eye.
Chucky spent the night in a hospital and has now been released, remaining under observation with the medics of the Mexico squad.
It is not yet clear if he will be allowed to continue in the Gold Cup.
