Napoli have reportedly scheduled the usual pre-transfer medicals for Tanguy Ndombele as they finalise a deal with Tottenham.
The Partenopei have been in constant contact with both Spurs and the French midfielder’s entourage in recent days, working hard to try and complete a transfer before the end of this month. An agreement was finally reached between Napoli and Tottenham earlier this week, allowing things to move forward.
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Ndombele is expected to undergo his pre-transfer medicals with Napoli tomorrow. Assuming everything goes to plan, he’ll complete his move from Tottenham, joining the club on a €1m loan deal with a €30m buy option attached.
The 25-year-old French midfielder has struggled to live up to his €60m price tag in North London and fell out of favour with Antonio Conte last campaign, being sent on loan to Olympique Lyon in the January transfer window. Ndombele will be hoping to relaunch his career with Napoli and restore his stock after a tough few years.
