Jakub Kiwior impressed with Poland at the World Cup and Napoli are prepared to launch a serious move for the Spezia defender, reports detail.
The 22-year-old Polish defenders has been one of the brightest prospects in Italy since his move to Liguria last year and a number of top clubs have been keeping a close eye on his development at Spezia. Kiwior exceeded expectations at the World Cup and shined with Poland, confirming that he’s ready for the move to a top club.
As reported by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Napoli believe that they hold the edge of their competition and want to sign Kiwior in the January transfer window.
Milan have inquired about the 22-year-old but not yet made a decision and Juventus have been keen for a while now but their recent issues have left them unable to focus on the transfer market.
Spezia want around €20m including add-ons for Kiwior and Napoli believe that a deal can be agreed in January.
