Koulibaly is the main drain on the club, as he receives €11m gross per year, which represents 10 per cent of the total Napoli wages.

Other big earners like Nikola Maksimovic and Elseid Hysaj are simply being allowed to leave as free agents when their contracts expire in June.

It’ll be the usual suspects in the running for Koulibaly, including Liverpool, Manchester United, PSG, Barcelona, Manchester City and Arsenal.
