According to CalcioNapoli24, Napoli have offered €29m plus €3m in bonuses for Rabiot, who wants out of PSG and is keen to join up with new boss Carlo Ancelotti at the San Paolo.

Meanwhile, Corriere dello Sport, as cited by Sevilla Info, states Fabian – also a target for Atletico Madrid and Roma – could be a ‘welcome present’ for Ancelotti.

The 22-year-old only extended his contract with Betis until 2023 in January, but it reportedly saw his release clause rise from a lowly €12m to a fee in excess of €35m.

He scored three goals in 34 League appearances during 2017-18 for Los Verdiblancos, who secured a top-six finish in La Liga and qualified for the Europa League.
