Napoli have announced David Ospina sustained a bicep strain, but Piotr Zielinski regularly trained with the group.
There were fears the Poland international had picked up a muscle injury against Sampdoria on Sunday.
Instead, Zielinski's physical conditions are not a matter of concern for the Azzurri who trained today in Castel Volturno.
While the former Empoli man should be available to face Inter on Sunday, David Ospina will miss the game with a bicep injury.

"Following a muscle issue against Sampdoria on Sunday, David Ospina underwent instrumental examinations that highlighted a first-degree strain in his left femoral biceps," Napoli announced in an official statement.
The 32-year-old could remain out of action until the end of April, but Napoli haven’t revealed the player’s recovery time.
