According to Colombian site Balon Central, Roma have made initial contact with Ospina’s entourage to ask about his availability for next season.
At the same time, Il Napolista maintain coach Gennaro Gattuso is putting his support behind Ospina at the expense of Alex Meret.

At the same time, Il Napolista maintain coach Gennaro Gattuso is putting his support behind Ospina at the expense of Alex Meret.
Gattuso has certainly favoured the 33-year-old so far this term and it’s reported he’ll keep that trend going for the Coppa Italia semi-final against Inter.
Meret is increasingly frustrated and could ask for a move away if he is not guaranteed more playing time.
It’s believed Gattuso wants a goalkeeper who is better at playing out from the back and that is not Meret’s forte.
Having invested €25m in the shot-stopper, Napoli are faced with a tough decision.
