It is reported that Napoli will look to sign forward Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid, should their attempt to prise Mauro Icardi from Inter fail.

The European champions only recently re-signed the Spanish international striker from Juventus in a €30m deal.

However, according to a report in Spain, that has not put off Partenopei President Aurelio De Laurentiis from arranging a meeting with Los Blancos officials in order to discuss a potential deal.
