Napoli linked to Valdifiori, Vietto

Napoli are being increasingly linked to Empoli's Mirko Valdifiori and, according to international reports, Villarreal's Luciano Vietto.

Empoli midfielder Valdifiori is expected to leave his club at the end of the season on the back of some strong performances this term.

While Milan have already been linked to the player, it seems the Partenopei may be one step closer.

Empoli midfielder Valdifiori is expected to leave his club at the end of the season on the back of some strong performances this term.

While Milan have already been linked to the player, it seems the Partenopei may be one step closer.

According to Calcionews24, Valdifiori's agent met Empoli today to discuss the possibility of a move to Napoli, with the Vesuviani’s President Aurelio De Laurentiis reportedly having offered €5m.

Meanwhile, the Azzurri are also believed to be interested in Villareal's Vietto, who is reported by the UK edition of Metro as a target for De Laurentiis, though no news of an offer have been leaked yet.

Vietto was previously linked to Napoli when at Racing Club.
