Inter, Napoli and Milan are on high alert after the agent representing FC Porto midfielder Otavio landed in Italy.

According to Portuguese sports paper Record, agent Israel Oliveira is currently in Italy for meetings with several Serie A clubs.

He seemingly sat down with Napoli and Inter to hear what the conditions could be for a potential move, while Milan are also interested.

The 28-year-old was born and raised in Brazil, but plays his international football for Portugal, playing in the country since 2014.

Record claim that the release clause in his contract with Porto has already dropped from the original €60m to €40m, but the deadline to activate it is on July 15.

Otavio made 44 competitive appearances for FC Porto this season, contributing seven goals and 13 assists.

He plays primarily in a creative midfield role and has 12 senior caps for Portugal, in which he scored three goals.
