Napoli have announced an injury to Alessandro Buongiorno, who, according to Sky Sport Italia, will remain out of action for two weeks.
Napoli and Italy defender Buongiorno is expected to remain out of action for two weeks after sustaining an adductor injury.

“Buongiorno underwent instrumental tests, which revealed tendinopathy on the right thigh’s adductor longus muscle. The Azzurri defender has already begun the rehabilitation process,” the Partenopei said.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Buongiorno will be forced to the sidelines for two weeks, missing games against Empoli and Monza.
Napoli are involved in the race for the title, sitting second in the Serie A table, just three points behind table leaders Inter.
Buongiorno returned to action at the end of January after a lengthy lumbar vertebrae injury that had kept him off the pitch for a month and a half.
The Italian defender joined the Partenopei in a €35m deal from Torino last summer, and his contract at the Stadio Maradona runs out in June 2029.
