Napoli signed Tiemoue Bakayoko on a dry loan, but even if they don’t have an option or an obligation to buy, the two parties reportedly have a gentlemen agreement for a permanent move.

The report claims they are hoping to find a similar agreement for the full-back, who seems open for a return to Italy.
