Reports have emerged of trouble between Napoli and Besiktas fans on Tuesday night, with one supporter stabbed in the buttocks.

Gazzetta dello Sport reported that there were clashes between sets of rival supporters in the subway station near to the stadium in Istanbul.

The victim of the stabbing was a Napoli supporter, and was reportedly able to return to Italy with the rest of his group, although some visiting fans were arrested during the brawl.

A scuffle also broke out at Rome’s Fiumicino airport this morning as returning Napoli fans clashed with Roma supporters who were waiting to catch a flight to Vienna.

The Giallorossi play in the Europa League against Austria Wien on Thursday evening, and trouble broke out when a group from Naples attempted to take the scarf from a Roma fan.
