Spain have announced that Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz has pulled out of their squad with a fever.
The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) tweeted on Monday evening that Fabian would be replaced by Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez.
It comes as a blow for the 22-year-old, who had received his first-ever call-up to the Roja set-up for their upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers against Norway and Malta.
