Zielinski already tested positive on Thursday, the second round of swabs today all came back negative except for four that still needed to be processed.
After a couple of hours, Napoli released an update, confirming midfielder Elmas had also tested positive for COVID-19.
Both are naturally out of tomorrow night’s trip to Turin against Juventus.
