Napoli are in the process of finalising Antonio Conte’s arrival and are dreaming of a summer deal for Roma star Paulo Dybala.

The 30-year-old Argentinian forward has just over a year left on his current contract with the Giallorossi, which contains a €12m release clause for foreign clubs and a €20m clause for other teams in Serie A.

Roma are hoping to renew Dybala’s contract, possibly removing these clauses, and have confidence that an agreement can be reached soon. This season, the Argentine forward scored 16 goals and provided 10 assists in 39 matches across all competitions.

Dybala dream

TMW details how Napoli’s priority is to finalise the arrival of Conte, who’ll sign a three-year contract to start his new project, and they are then ready to switch focus to the transfer market, wanting to give the coach the right reinforcements to start turning things around.

The Partenopei are dreaming of a move for Dybala, who’d be welcome in Conte’s squad, but would need to fight off competition for the star forward’s signature.
