Napoli are reportedly giving very serious consideration to a transfer for Kim Min-jae if Manchester United are prepared to offer €60m.

The South Korea international has been one of the key figures in this remarkable season, which saw them win the Serie A title for the first time in 33 years.

He was signed from Fenerbahce for just €18m last summer and there are reports his release clause is just €45m, but with certain caveats.

It is valid only for a short period of time to clubs outside of Italy from July 1-15, 2024.

However, the Corriere dello Sport claim Manchester United are determined to get the 26-year-old this summer and preparing a bid in the region of €60m.

It may well be a sacrifice that Napoli are ready to make, especially if it allows them to stave off approaches from Manchester United, Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich for Victor Osimhen.

Kim Min-jae was brought in as the replacement for Kalidou Koulibaly, who had been the rock at the centre of the Napoli defence for eight years.
