The Italian side have been in talks with Celta Vigo’s Slovakian midfielder Lobotka for a number of weeks, and in the last few days Napoli have raised their offer to €20m plus bonuses for the 25-year-old, reports Calciomercato.com.

The same website also suggests that the southerners are in talks with German side RB Leipzig over a deal for midfielder Diego Demme.
It’s believed the 28-year-old will cost in the region of €12-13m.
SportItalia’s Alfredo Pedulla also states that a deal for Demme is close, reporting the same figures as Calciomercato.com, with a medical as early as tomorrow.
Demme has been at the East German outfit since 2014, and has Italian citizenship, as his father is a big Napoli fan and named him after Diego Maradona.
The deal for Lobotka could be finalised in the next several days.
