Napoli are believed to be close to sealing a deal for Udinese midfielder Allan, following further talks today.

The Brazilian midfielder was one of the Zebrette’s star men last season, and has been linked with the Partenopei all summer.

Gianluca Di Marzio’s website reports that a deal has now been agreed between the two clubs, with Napoli paying €12m plus Miguel Britos, with Duvan Zapata also joining the Friuli side on a two-year loan.

The website reports that Allan’s agent will meet with the Vesuviani in Milan on Monday, but a contract has already been verbally agreed.

The transfer is therefore down to the final details, with Allan likely to be announced as a Napoli player next week.
