Napoli are reportedly winning the race to sign €40m-rated PSV forward Hirving Lozano.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Napoli have ‘moved early’ to secure Lozano, already informing the Mexican of their project.
The newspaper explains the Partenopei have held ‘several’ rounds of talks with the player’s camp, where they learned he would not leave PSV ‘for less than €40m’ and that competition was ‘plenty’.

Despite being right-footed, the 23-year-old primarily plays on the left of a front three.
