Napoli’s financial statements for the year ending June 2022 saw losses of just under €52m, their third consecutive year of losses.

The Partenopei started the season in electric fashion under Luciano Spalletti, flying to the top of the Serie A table and the Round of 16 of the Champions League. The team are fighting to win their first Scudetto in over three decades and a key part of their success this season stems from smart work in the summer transfer window.

As reported by Calcio e Finanza, Napoli’s financial statements ending June 2022 saw them submit losses of just under €52m, an improvement of the almost €59m losses seen in June 2021.

This is Napoli’s third year of losses, with their June 2020 financial statements seeing losses of €18.9m. Therefore, the deficit for this three-year period is around €129.8m.

The Partenopei’s last positive balance sheets were submitted in June 2019, when they reported revenues of €29.1m.
