Thieves once again targeted Napoli players and their families, as Kim-Min jae’s wife had her car stolen on Friday night, according to La Repubblica newspaper.

The report claims Kim’s wife had parked her car, a FIAT 500, close to their home in Posillipo on Friday, but the vehicle was stolen after a few hours.

The South Korea international is the second Napoli player targeted by thieves in just a couple of days. His teammate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia faced the same issue earlier this week, but the Police only took a few hours to find it and bring it back to the Georgia international.

It hasn’t been a great season for Serie A players off the pitch. Angel Di Maria and Theo Hernandez also dealt with security problems when burglars broke inside their homes in Turin and Milan in October.

Napoli face Atalanta away at 17.00 UK time today.

Kim is expected to start at centre-back, while Kvaratskhelia has been ruled out due to low back pain and will miss his first Serie A game this season.
