Cagliari coach Leonardo Semplici assures Radja Nainggolan ‘wants more than anything else to wear the Rossoblu jersey,’ but Inter won’t let him go cheap.

The midfielder just completed his second loan spell in Sardinia, having already played there before the move to Roma.

He is eager to make the move permanent, but reports suggest Inter are refusing to let him leave for under €6m.

That is beyond Cagliari’s budget, as they only just avoided relegation this term.

“Radja is a great player with experience and so much quality, so clearly I would love to have him with us next season,” Semplici told La Nuova Sardegna newspaper.

“Radja loves Sardinia, he has lived here for many years and wants more than anything else to wear the Rossoblu jersey.”
