Radja Nainggolan says he won’t necessarily leave Cagliari for Juventus at the end of this season.

The midfielder was paired with a January switch to the Old Lady, but convincing Cagliari to sell at that time proved impossible.

However, there is a belief that the proposed switch was only postponed until the summer – but not according to the Belgian.

“I never said that I wanted to leave and I think I made the right decision in staying, especially for my daughter who was born recently,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“The future? If a big Italian club and a big foreign club come in for me then I will decide to leave Italy,” he continued.

“I settled well into Italian life, but I like to change and to travel, to get to know different cultures and experience new adventures.”

Nainggolan, 23, has scored one goal in 21 League games for the Rossoblu so far this term.

Juventus, after missing out on the former Piacenza man, opted to sign Simone Padoin from Atalanta.
