Juan Musso is looking forward to playing the Champions League with Atalanta: ‘It’s an important step for me.’
Musso trained for the first time with Atalanta today after completing a €20m move from Udinese.
“It was a very intense month, it was an immense joy to win the Copa America. Then I went on holiday, which was fair enough after a demanding season,” the Argentinean told the club’s official website.
“I was looking forward to coming and training here, get to know the sports centre, the stadium, the fans, which they told me very well about. Therefore, I am happy.”
Atalanta will play Champions League football for the third time in a row in 2021.22.
“It will be another demanding season, with many important fixtures altogether, Atalanta can have their chance in all of them, the Champions League is a magnificent competition, which I’ve always dreamt of playing,” the Argentinean goalkeeper said.
“This is a very important step for me and I’ll give my all.”
