Multiple reports this evening assure Yunus Musah has rejected every other alternative, as he wants to join Milan, but Valencia continue to ask for more.

The 20-year-old midfielder has joint English and American citizenship, opting to play his senior football for the United States and already amassing 24 caps.

According to Relevo, Sky Sport Italia, La Gazzetta dello Sport and more, Musah has made his decision and only wants to join the Rossoneri.

This saw him turn down several other proposals, including ones from England, to hold out for the San Siro giants.

He is also training separately from the rest of the squad, as he considers his time at Valencia to be effectively over.

However, Valencia have still not accepted the offer worth €18m plus add-ons from Milan.

The asking price remains €25m and it is hoped they can whittle down the difference to reach an agreement.

Milan can put more resources into these talks after finally agreeing a deal with Villarreal for Samuel Chukwueze, who will land in Italy for his medical on Wednesday afternoon, arriving for €20m plus up to €8m in bonuses.

  1. I’d say Pulisic will be a supersub coming on at both wing positions. But after the Chuckwueze deal there’s a much bigger hole at backup LW and I could see him being a perfect replacement for Leao

  2. Give it 11 months, Matthew and those words will be truer than ever – Leao will be sold and Pulisic will be his replacement.

That’s unless they sell Theo first…

I am trying to get used to seeing at least one of the top 4 players in the starting 11 leave every summer window. I doubt we will see a player again that spends 10 or more seasons at the club once Calabria goes.
