Atalanta have been without Luis Muriel for the whole of September due to an injury, but the Colombian will be back in the squad against Young Boys in the Champions League tomorrow.
La Dea coach Gian Piero Gasperini confirmed Muriel should return for the European match.
“We will have a definite test today, but tomorrow he should be back on the bench by virtue of what he has done over the recent days,” Gasperini said at a press conference.
“I think he will be called up for tomorrow.”
The 30-year-old scored once in two Serie A games this term but was injured when Atalanta drew 2-2 with Villarreal in the first leg of the competition.
