Sulley Ali Muntari has added to Inter's midfield injury crisis after tests confirmed a calf strain.

The Ghanaian was already struggling with a muscular twinge before last night's Champions League trip to White Hart Lane.

He limped off during the second half of that 3-1 defeat to Tottenham and tests this afternoon confirmed a strain.

Muntari “has been diagnosed with a right calf strain (gastrocnemius and soleus muscles),” read a statement on the club website.
