The Thai investor is in Italy at the moment, and a deal is believed to be close after a meeting with President Silvio Berlusconi last night.
Now Sky is breaking the news that a Press conference will be held this afternoon directly from the Milan hotel which ‘Mr Bee’ is staying in.
The deal is thought to be worth around €500m, with a stake of between 51 and 60 per cent to be purchased by the property tycoon.
