Sky Sport Italia claim there is already a preliminary deal in place signed in March, evaluating the club at €1.2bn.

He is expected to fly in on Sunday and will be in Milan for four days, during which he will make the buy-out official.

Initially this will only be for 20 per cent, but it includes a clause pledging to buy another 40 per cent within the next 12 months.

Therefore for the start of the 2016-17 season Mr Bee would become the majority shareholder.

It is also reported that if Berlusconi were to change his mind, he would have to pay a multi-million Euro fine.
